How to know if the sub 4hr marathon-program is best for you? If you’ve run close (4:15 or under) or sub 1:55 half in the past couple of years. This plan is meant for someone capable of running 20-35 miles a week. It’s best to start this plan only if you are already comfortable running at least 20 miles and 3 days a week.
Number of weeks — 16
Flexibity. Each week has a calendar with workouts on particular days, but with a few simple rules I’ve compiled, you can do the workouts and runs when they best fit your schedule.
Price: A 1-time fee of $90 for all 16 weeks. The program is forever yours to keep.
Example of the first week:
Monday — off day!
Tuesday — 5 EZ miles
Wednesday — 6x800
Thursday — strength
Friday — 5 EZ miles
Saturday — 12 mile long run
Sunday — 5 EZ miles
