Sub 3 hour Marathon-Training Program. This is for the dreamers, believers, and achievers. Sub 3 is a huge milestone and this program will 100% get you ready for race day. The schedule incrementally and specificity adds volume and intensity so you are ready to crush a marathon at the end of 16 weeks. This plan is meant for someone capable of running 50-60 miles a week.
Number of weeks — 16
Price: A 1-time fee of $90 for all 16 weeks. The program is forever yours to keep.
How to know if the sub 3 program is best for you? If you’ve run close (3:15 or under) in the past couple of years and are currently running at least 45 miles a week and 5 days. It’s best to start this plan only if you are already comfortable running at least 45 miles and 5 days a week.
Example of the first week:
Monday — 5-6 EZ miles
Tuesday — 5-6 EZ miles
Wednesday — 4 mile fartlek
Thursday — rest day
Friday — 5-6 EZ miles
Saturday — 10M long run w/ 3M pick up!
